Contact moves to another company.

I have a contact who has changed jobs and moved to another company on my database. What is the best way to get him into the new company but still be able to access all my call notes to him when I am talking to his successor in his old company? His successor would need to start as a new contact, or may even have moved from a 3rd company in the database!

Here is the best way to do this:
Take Mr A and put him in Company B as a new contact of Company B.
Replace Mr A's contact information with Mr B's.  This way you will be able to still have access to his "old" notes etc. and still have Mr A in the second company.

If you linked the History with the Company, they remain with that link even if the Contact changes
