When I power on, I have ACT 11 Startup preferences set to open on Contract List view. What is interesting is ACT opens on the Contract List view and when I click on any contact, for example company GHI, the Contact Detail screen opens on GHI but the information in my first tab, History, provides history details from My Record. My other tabs, like Notes, Activities, etc have details regarding GHI. It is only the History tab with My Record details. No big deal, I just have to remember to arrow forward or arrow back to get ACT back in synch. Any ideas why this happens and how to correct?
