Act! Pro Version 16.0.291.0, Database, Windows.
While in the contact field I'm unable to view/add to the "activities, opportunities, history, notes, documents, groups, etc." tabs. They do not appear when I select a contact. When I go into "modify layout" all the taps appear in the window but when I go back to the contact tab they do not exist. My coworker is able to see them and we've made no edits or changes to the template layout. Any suggestions?
I'm able to see all of the tabs in groups but not in contacts.
