Contact Report problem

I am trying to generate a Contact Activity report.  The data is just not being pulled together.


First, I am doing a Contact Activity Lookup  that is date range based for customers who have changed.


Then I am doing a Contact Activity report and selecting a particular user, and all the tabs are all set for this one user, and I'm customizing the date range, etc.


All that is coming up is one result from a lookup of 354 contacts.  And I have verified going into these other records that he is the user who modified the records etc.

Incorrect filtering, set all users on the general tab and the specific user on the other tabs.
