Using ACT PRO VERSION 17.0.151.0
Windows 10
I go to top of screen and click on Reports tab
Pick Contact Report from drop down menu
In Define Filters, I choose Current Contact on left and All Users on right and click ok.
The report becomes visible, however, the header and footer are on it, the middle where the contact information should be is blank.

This will happen when none of the sub-reports (Notes, History, etc.) have any data to report. The report template can be changed by editing the template and setting the "Hide on empty sub-reports" property to No. The default template has the property set to Yes.
