I want to import and Excel spreadsheet to Act! 11.0. I have saved it to a .csv file. When I get to the Contact Map screen, nothing appears in screen for the field lists for either the .csv file or the Act! database file. There are buttons with arrows above the Act! database file but when I click them, I get an error screen that says, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
How do I get the fields to appear so that I can map them?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

I will check the list. I think it is in the right format but I will resave the list to make sure. I also bought Act! 2011 and will be installing it this weekend, so I will see if I have the same problem there.
