Contact List

I am new to ACT and I am looking for a solution to maintain all contacts in my contact list went I tab between Calendar, Contact Details, and Contacts. I keep all three tabs minimized and as I tab from one to another, my contact list goes from showing all of my contacts (which I prefer) to just one contact which is the same as the contact detail tab. I would like to default my contact list to show all contacts all of the time and not got from all to one contact. Does anyone know how to set the defaults to keep all contacts showing all of the time?

Also In ACT!'s Toolbar under HELP, select: Feature Tours to get some quickstart training in ACT! ex; Finding Information in ACT! option.


On your toolbar, try this exercise

 While in Contact Detail View, 

   select;  Lookup ; My Record

     then Lookup ; All Contacts      Now you are at your Home Record / My Record with all contacts.

Then click on the Contact List view  toolbar button to see all your contacts in List View.
