I am trying to update our contact layouts and keep getting a blank screen.
Tools > Design Layout > Contact
We have a few versions of Contact Layouts and ACT will not open any of them try to change the layout. I don't get any type of error, just a big white blank screen.

Do you have multiple users of the database? If yes, can you access the layouts from a different workstation or the host machine?
Can a different user access them?

Yes, we have multiple users on the database. Everyone can access the different databases, however no one can modify them (that's where we get the issue). Everytime we try to do Tools > Design Layouts > Contact it only pulls up a blank screen (so you can't see any of the fields or change the layout at all). It seems to be a system wide issue as no one can get into the layout manager (all have full administrative access too).
