When I first started using ACT! recently the text of emails I sent to a Contact was immediately visible when clicking on History. Now I must first click on the line item in History which brings up an embedded file with the name "*****.msg"
How do I get ACT! once more to display email text on the ACT history pane without having to click through multiple submenus?

You, or someone, has changed the recording options from Subject and Message to Subject, Message, and Attachements. This, in effect, causes the entire message to be recorded as an attachment...
