Using ACT! 2009 220.127.116.11 - I have it running from a server for several years. 3 users. Out of the blue with no system changes or network changes, I can open the database, but when I try to view a contact I get a gray screen for the contact details. Same thing when I try to add a new contact. I can not see the fields. Any suggestions???

You may have a damaged layout. Try changing layouts and then adding a new contact. If this one works go to Layouts and do a save As for the damaged layout.
