First time user of Act!, so please be gentle!
I would like to add fields into the Contact Details section, for example "Vehicle 1 ID", and then also place subfields, for example "Vehicle ID 1/2/3etc Date of Registration".
I've looked for the last hour and can't find how to do it! Please could someone give me the inside track?!

Your message was a little unclear to me. Are you talking about modifying a Report?
If you are referring to adding fields and placing them on your layout then;
First you must add / define the new field using
Then you must place / position the new fields on your Layout using
