2010/2011 version - I just completed a call by using the "Clear" radio button on the "Clear Activity" screen and added some notes on the same "Clear Activity" screen. But, when I clicked "OK" I don't see a place where those notes were saved. Any ideas?
I would think it would record those notes into the main notes tab area or somehow associate that the call was made and add it to history. But, nope, can't seem to find it anywhere.

Look in the specific contact you cleared the history for, and go to the history tab. Verify your filter settings are set to include all dates, types, and users. Filters are the first variable to check when items in the tabs appear to be "missing."
