Complete loss of emails


I have been using ACT for a few months and did the update this week as I was away on vacation. Anyway all was fine till last saturday when I had all my emails in the right folders in the ACT! email. I did a normal shutdown and on Sunday I started up my computer and there was nothing.. No emails, no attachement.. It was all gone and I have no clue how to get any of it back if any is still there. This is my business and these emails are kindda my life. I would love to here from ACT! staff ... As this looks to be a problem there update caused.

I hope someone can help me out.
