FYI - I've looked at this post and your other one and can't see where anyone has replied (except to ask how you know there were replies), so I'm not sure to which replies you are referring. You may have seen the column for 'Views' and mistaken that for replies.
As for your question about Internet Mail, when the email service doesn't meet the Act! email requirements - we recommend that you configure Outlook to connect to your email service and then integrate Act! with Outlook. Here is an article with steps for integrating Act! and Outlook: KB Article 22983
