Compatibility Issue

Hi,

I am running ACT! Version 11 and I am currently rolling out Windows 7 64-bit and we are hoping to install Office 2010 64-bit as part of this rollout. One of the potential issues outlined was the compatibility of the ACT add-in for office. I have done some research but I cant find any updates for these add-ons.

Would anyone be able to advise of any updated add-ons or does anyone have an idea when they will be released?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dave,

Good luck is all i can say.

Outlook 2010 & Act!

I would install Office 2007 if you want them to work.

Re: Compatibility Issue

You would need to upgrade to ACT 2010 to support Windows 7. (both 32 bit and 64 bit).  Office 2010 is not yet supported. I do not have any knowledge of 64 bit office being supported either not or in the future, but ...

I would sugest doing some research on system requirements.  You may get a chance to see what is coming. Google ACT system requirements (version 2009, 2010, 2011).  You will see a variety of answers from Sage websites.
