I have a user who is using act pro v19.
When she's is going into company and clicks on detailed view she gets the above error. Also there is no history as she get the error to?
Can someone please advise?

Try running a repair and reindex. If that doesn't work they have some corruption in their database that may need to be manually repaired. I can fix it but my time would be billable.

She only gets this on her machine no other machine?
That error can mean a number of things I believe so its not very good.
