There is a problem documented/confirmed by ACT support that the Company Field when viewed in the Contact Screen is not completely visible....only the 2nd half of the Company can be easily/readily seen when looking at the Contact Record. If one wants to see the entire Company name, one must put the mouse on the Company field and hit "home' to see what the 1st half of the Company name is.

very strange, i was running the same version and did not have that issue. Also upgraded to Premium and not in there either. Likely something corrupted in your instance. Did you try deleting the Contact preferences file, generating another and see if that works?

One workaround is to increase the size of the company field in the layout. This problems happens only when the text contained by the field is longer than the field itself.
