Welcoe to the ACT! Online Community. There are two ways you can do this:
* Pull up an existing contact for that company, right-click on the record and select Duplicate Contact. This will only duplicate the contact info, not the notes, history, etc.
* If you have a created Company record for the company, then go to that record in the Company Detail View, highlight it, and go up to Companies/Create Contact from Company. This will create a new contact with the company record's address, phone, etc.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
