Color of Tool Bar- I want to change.

AACT contacts numbers 1 of X.JPG

Is there a way to change the color blue on the toolbar?  I want more contrast between that and the numbers. 

Act! Pro Version 20.1.120.0, Update 8

No, not with regular onboard tools. There may be an addon I don't know of yet though.
