Generally, I've worked with the phone vendor (or support person), as you would need to configure a "soft-modem" to access the phone, which often requires "logging in" to the phone. Often, the person who supports the phones will know of a SIP TAPI driver/client.

When you install itDial - does it also tie into Outlook? I don't have many people who ask for this, but the HUDLite that I setup also "activated" Outlook, which was king of nice...

Hopefully you don't mind if I expand on this thread.
We are looking at a Cisco UC560 and ACT! 2012 Premium. The vendor used ITDial to tie in with ACT, but says that because it's a TAPI interface that then we lose the SmartCall Connector (this allows you to use your computer to transfer calls, see who's available, etc.).
Is it possible to have ACT provide popup windows upon receiving a call and still run the SmartCall Connector?
