Does anyone know how i can add a few fields to what is shown on my scheduled activity to tranpire onto my calendar? i.e. referral name of client? thank you.

Unfortunately there is not a way to do this. Durkin computing has a couple of add ins (Task List Plus and Calander View Plus) that will help you accomplish this. (http://durkincomputing.com )

You can use the Location field if you are not using it for anything else. If you populate the Location field the data will appear in the calendar (mouse-over). It will also appear in the Task list if you have ACT! 2011, then you can sort by it.
