I have a client who is using ACT database. They have seperate user accounts for all the employees for the ACT. Now one of their employees left the company and we would like to use the same license and create a new user account for the person who had joined that company in that place. She is right now using the old person's login credentials to enter ACT. We would like to create a new user account for her so she could login as her instead of the old person who was working in her place earlier. I would like to know how this could be done without purchasing a new license for her.
Thanks Roy. Let me try and see if that works. In the mean time, I also have another question. Once I disable the user account of the old person, how do I create a new user account for the new person to use the same database.
