I have a user with Act 2011 on his laptop. He has somehow accidentally change the name on the Admin User Account from his own name to the name of one his contacts. Is there a way to change the name on the Admin user account back to his name?

The user just needs to go to "My Record" and re-enter his own name
I look up "My Record" and it brings up the other person's contact record and if I change the name on it still retains all of the information of the other contact and does not revert back to my user.

You have to edit the whole record.

Yes it does unless you copy that persons information to a new blank record.. The problem originally was caused by overwriting the my record information with another contacts information.
