We are using ACT Pro 2012 Version 14 on Window 7
An employee changed their My Record to one of the contacts we have in ACT. How do I change it back to their contact record? Example: Ralph Jones changed his "My Record" to A+ Janitorial. This seems very simple to do but I can't seem to figure out how. Thanks.

Create a new record for the contact information and then edit the my record back to the user information.
