Changing from regular to bold, does not work in a one field

When I go to Tools/Design Layout/Contact to adjust how the screen looks, I can not get the company name to appear in BOLD. I have adjusted all of the other fields to appear in bold, but this one is not responding to this change. I have tried changing the font and the font size, to see if this impacts the response. But it does not! One note, I have changed to default description of this field from "Company" to "Medical Practice", as we are a company which sells to the medical profession. Could this have caused the lack of response? I have also changed the field name cells to bold (including this one) and they respond as expected.

 

Any ideas on why this field does not behave like the others when you want to make a change from regular type to bold type ?
