Changing a group of records from Private to Public

I was hoping someone can help me.....

I've just noticed that a lot of  the history is private when it should be public.

Is there a way i can do a global change to make all history public as opposed to going through each of my records one by one?

Cheers

I don't think there is anything in ACT! that will do this en masse for history records.

Might be a plugin around though...

Yes, you can, select your histories, right click and choose make history private.

If you have several records, you could add these records to a group, then go to the history tab within groups to make them all private at once.

Nice tip John!

Never thought of that - really like the Group idea.
