Changing Work Week Calendar View?

hi folks!

is there a way I can minimize the 'length of day; showing in my work week calendar view?

what i mean is, the day starts at 12am at the top, and goes all the way to 1130pm at the bottom; with all my appointments in a small lower section of the entire window.

I'd like my display to start at 8am and go until 10pm. (even though I have my work week preference set at those times).

how can I do this?

thanks!

PS: Using Act! 2010 on Win XP

Re: Changing Work Week Calendar View?

You might prefer to re-configure your Work Week Calander to show time increments of 30 minutes. this has the effect of condensing the Calendar view and you should see more 'real estate' dedicated to the core period of your day.

Try it out and see if it suits you better this way:

Tools, Preferences, Calendar & Scheduling,Calendar Preferences, Calendar Increments, Work Week Calendar (I'm guessing yours is currently set to 60 minutes - try 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
