Changing User Name

I just changed a previous record managers name to another that has replaced her in the office.  Her name switched to everything, but on calender and reports, the old name still appears.  How to I replace the old name with the new throughout the whole database?  Thanks!

You'll have to change the My Record information for that user and the user name in Manager Users.

Is the the "My Contact Info" just the contact's name in the database?  I have done all of those things, but for some reason the previous user's name still comes up on her calender.

Log into the database as that person and see what name is in the contact field. You will need to make sure this is correct also
