Changing Record Manager

Hi, I am Heather in NC.


Why is it that I, or another employee, goes into ACT (i.e. logs in as themselves; we have 7 licenses) and records history or notes the Record Manager field defaults to our firm's name? We may show as the RM while we are in ACT at that session but when you come back later and look up the contact again, your name has changed back to our firm's name.

You really should post a new thread for new issues...

 

1. Are you each logging in as different users?

2. When you log in, do you see your name in the Contact field of the first record you see?

3. Who is the Record Manager of that record?
