If I change the email address or phone number for an ACT! Contact, it doesn't change the Outlook Contact when I synchronize. How can I get ACT! to sync changes?

Let me clarify. When I create a Contact in ACT!, a contact is created in Outlook when I sync. If I make a change to the ACT! contqact in certain fields like phone number or email address, the change isn't sync'ed. If I change the contact name or other fields, the changes are sync'ed.

What happens if you change the phone number and, say, part of the address? Does the phone number get updated in that case?

I can't replicate your situation. I am on Sage Act! 2012 Pro and Office 2010.
