With ACT!2010, can you change the default sort order for the contact list? Instead of automatically sorting the list by COMPANY, I'd rather sort it by contact LAST NAME. It seems like there should be a very simple setting to allow this.

The idea was to have this sorted as default, automatically.
At least in previous versions, you had the opportunity to create a macro that was clicking everything for you, but it's gone.
Sort order is such a basic feature that it should be in the preferences. Not forcing you to go to Edit->Sort each time you open Act.

EXACTLY! I want to change the default sort order so I don't have manually sort the list the way I like it every time I open my database. By now, ACT! should be smart enough to remember our preferences or it should allow us to tell it what we want the DEFAULT sort order to be!
Is this issue fixed in ACT! 2011? I sure hope so!
