I accidentally added the wrong date to a history item, i.e. later than it should be. I want to alter it to the correct date. I changed the history item date but that did not update the Call Reach field. I deleted the history item and recreated it with the correct (earlier) date, but that did not update the Call Reach field either.
How can I update the Call Reach field please?
