I'm not sure if this issue is connected to the other Act.Outlook.Service issue you're experiencing. I would treat them separately.

I can appreciate your frustrations here, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience it's caused you. I'll continue to do my best offering help and advice here on the Community, but in certain cases, it is more efficient to get support remotely from a technician over the phone.
