I just downloaded Outlook 2013 but cant get emails to show up in act!. I recieved a test email to myself first off so thought all was well, but when sent more emails none of them show up in act under my accounts. My accounts are recieving the emails just not being recorded under history. I looked at my add ins and see the sync buttons for calendar and activities but dont see the quick attach.
any help would be helpful!! thanks

I have act 2013 version 16.0.291. hot fix 1. Not sure what you mean by click to run. I have the office student. I added on Outlook 2013 version 15.0. again not sure about buitl in pane of popping out the email. my settings are this;
- email eidtor is microsoft outlook
-history to be recorded is - email subject, message and all attachments
-when using quick attach- exclude my record from history
-act and outlook display activity alarm
-edit and create an act activity when accept a meeting invite from outllook
Not sure that helps. But Ive syncd my contacts to outlook 2013 and tried sending from there and also sending email from act! and neither record the history.
Sorry Im not much help with some of the things your looking for. i will do a search on community to see if I can figure that out.
