Two of nine users of database cannot see the public notes or Histories. They see all other contact updates but these are not available. Checked every setting & preference & they are all the same. Uninsatlled & reinstalled with no change. Any ideas what else I can do?

Check the filter settings for the Notes and History.

I am having the same problem with ACT! Premium, cannot view any notes added by anyone else. Date filter is set to all dates. Users are set to all. When I add a note, I can see it. But nothing from anyone else. How do I change my permissions/ accesses/ viewing ability?
