When I try to create new database it will not allow me to share? The box is greyed out.
Is this why I am having issues trying to sync? I have tried entering a new user with additional license, but everytime I close my database it resorts back to one user and license entered. I am unable to set up remote databases. I have the official Sage Quickbook Study, but it is not very helpful in answering any of these issues. Any feedback would be appreciated.

You need to be administrator on the computer to share the database. If you're running Vista, right click the ACT! shortcut and select run as administrator.
