I have seen a few similar posts regarding my problem, basically all I am trying to do is register my version of ACT a few more times (uninstalls, machine crashes etc). I think we have hit the limit on the amount of time the key / serial number can be registered.
ACT! by Sage 2007 (9.0) Version 220.127.116.11
We are unable to register ACT!. You can continue using ACT! as a trial version for xx days. To register at a later time, select "Register" from the Help menu.
I click the phone button to register but the number for the UK is not valid.
