Just upgraded from ACT v8 to ACT 2011 and took the database restore route to move our data across.
All seemed fine and the data appears to have come across fine, but when we try to open Office attachments we get the error message “There was an error opening the attachment. It may have been deleted by another user or been created on a database that does not synchronise attachments”
Any advice on resolving this gratefully received.
