Try to open ACT and an Error code comes up :
The database " xxxxx " could not be accessed.
In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify that your database server is available.
It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or server"
I hit OK
List of files come up
I hit - my "XXX" PAD file
It goes back to error code
This happen before and I could not figure out how to get into ACT --- the next day it worked
