Long story short... Im trying to eventually upgrade to ACT!2008 but Im having problems. Basically, I have to reinstall ACT!2006 onto a different (better) server. When trying to install ACT!2006 onto the new machine, I insert CD1 and follow prompts. Then it prompts for CD2. When I insert CD2, it says the installation was interrupted and then fails. Nothing happens. Ive done this like 6 times now... No go. Ive tried copying the CD1 install files to the local machine while CD2 is inserted, and still I get failed due to an 'interruption.' What is causing this annoyance? How do I get around it?

To begin, I would recommend a reboot in selective start-up mode with only microsoft services running and nothing else, in the case that it may be environmental.
