Using ACT Pro ... I have several templates saved as Microsoft Word Processor documents. I think I have to change those to Microsoft Word documents for them to show up in the program. How do I do this?
I can only find those template by searching my computer, not through ACT. Any help would be appreciated!
The template documents won't convert directly into useable template for use with Sage ACT!. You will need to create new templates through the Sage ACT! program and then copy/paste the text from the original into the new.
