Cannot create remote database

Just upgraded to ACT v12, converted database and I am trying to set up a sync with my notebook.  Activated Syncronization, created a sync set and now the Create Remote Database selection is greyed out and I cannot create a remote database to finish setting up sync.  I tried with my existing database and a created a new database and I get the same.  This is on a new computer, not same one as my old version 11 and it is running Vista Home Premium, 64bit.

 

I've looked around and have not found a solution...

Try running ACT! as an administrator

 

Right click the ACT! icon and select Run as Administrator.
