Cannot create database

I just installed ACT! 2009 and when I try to create a database I get the error:

Item has already been added. Key in dictionayr: 'L:\' Key being added: 'L:'

It doesn't seem to matter the name of the database, or the location- same error.

I can open the demo database fine.

Re: Cannot create database

I do have an "L:/" drive.  I called tech support, and after several attempts was able to create the database after logging in with a new user under the local domain.  Apparently there was a problem with the login using the network domain.

Re: Cannot create database

Do you have an L drive?  Is your My Documents mapped to that drive?  When you say you receive the error for any location, does that include the C drive?
