Version: ACT! by Sage 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1
Microsoft Version : Word 2003
The ACT menu is still in Word and Excel, but it no longer works. I cannont attach a Word file to an ACT contact. It says that ACT is not running.
Likewise, If I'm in ACT, and want to create a templete or modify an existing templete, I cannot get to the ACT Contacts. It says the ACT is not running.
This did work at some point, but just quite working a few wees back. Do not know why. I know there is a hotfix and I've tried to install, but it either does not install or it says it already exist.
I have uninstalled and re-installed ACT, but that didn't work either.
How do I fix the problem?
