Cannot add new contact

Cannot add new contact

After entering the new contact's info, I get the message "Contact no longer exists on the database."  The new contact is not added.  How to fix this?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! User Community. If you go to Help > About ACT!, what is the full version you are using?
