Hey guys, we are in the process of upgrading from ACT 6.0 to ACT! 2008 and are having a small issue with one machine. ACT installed fine on the server and is working properly, this is also the case for all of our workstations except one -- ACT installed on this machine, but will not open the demo database from the shared drive on the server. The error I get is "Could not find database (name) on host (name)."
We haven't converted any of our databases over yet, but I at least want to be able to view the demo database before I do. The one anomaly with this machine is that I downloaded the setup to an external drive due to hard disk constraints. However, the whole program is installed on the C drive.
