Our company just upgraded from ACT Pro 2007 to ACT Pro 2011. The data base files were converted to the new format. When we go to open an old attachment the program reports the following, "There was an error opening the attachment. It may have been deleted by another user or been created on a database that does not synchoronize attachments". All the users on our network have the same problem. However, if we save a new attachment, we have no problem opening the new attachments. Any advice will be most welcomed. Thank you.
