I am using Window Vista, Act! V10.0.2.191, Palm desktop by Access application, hotsyn manager 7.0.2.
I cannot d a hotsyn betw my palm and ACT!
Using ACT! contact to overwrite the address book was successful, but any 2-way syn between ACT! and palm after this is not working at all.
Database name is correct, user name is correct.
Can someone kindly help? Thanks.

I've seen downgrading your Palm Desktop version to 4.1.4e resolve this issue. This will require you to uninstall Palm Desktop and ACT! for Palm.
