Can you select to default to all users in calendar filter

I have Act 2012 Professional running on a stand along Windows 7 Professional laptop.  Database is not using a shared database, only locally.  I have a new sales person setup and he has to choose to view his calendar data from the "Select Users" button, otherwise the calendar view is blank.  Is there a way to set his user as the default, so he doesn't have to select his account every time he logins in.

This calendar setting is saved in the local preferences on the machine, and is not specific to the user logged into the Act database. This means that the calendar selected will always be the last selected calendar by any user on the database.

If your new sales person had their own Windows user with Act installed, then the local preferences would be saved separate to yours if you both logged in as different Windows users. This would then show the users calender (assuming it was the last one selected) every time when using their own Windows user.
