I hadACT and Outlook synchronized until my hard disk stop working. Now that is fixed I re-install ACT and all the softwares. I tried to follow the instruction to do the synchronization between ACT and Outlook but isn't working. When I get to "select the e-mail syxtems..." there are no options. Why I don't see my outlook there and what should I do to correct that?

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. There could be a couple of reasons for this:
- Outlook was installed after ACT! was installed. You would need to uninstall and reinstall ACT! so the two programs can properly connect.
- The version of Outlook you are using is not supported by the version of ACT! you are using. Here are the supported versions:
ACT! 2005, 2006, 2007 supports Outlook 2000, 2002(XP), 2003
ACT! 2008, 2009, 2010 supports Outlook 2002(XP), 2003, 2007
